Looking hard at life issues is something that the general public isn’t very good at. They don’t always see the potential for change in the places where it is most needed. As human beings we have programed our brains to generally be content with the status quo. In most cases this works to the advantage of our species, but recently the few have take advantage of the many using this very tendency.
Because of these abuses it’s very important for the average person to be on their guard in every instances where this ” go with the flow” concept is suggested. Once you start looking for it you’d be surprised. It’s virtually everywhere, from corporate messages to the text books that are in our public and private schools. Society needs innovators, and in the case of the United States it needs innovators more than any other time in history. Our dominance in a wide swath of industries is threatened by less creative copycats, and if our spirit of ingenuity flickers out and dies the world will be much the worse.
